At WK Designs, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website. In particular, we want you to know that WK Designs is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

We use the information you provide to deliver the high-standard service you expect from WK Designs. This includes:

We utilise HubSpot to securely process form submissions. Your data is encrypted and transmitted directly to our CRM. We do not store your contact data on our web server indefinitely.

4. WK AI Chat

WK AI is the assistant on this website. What you type into it is sent through OpenRouter to a hosting provider in the United States, which writes the reply. We only use providers that do not store what you send or use it for training.

We keep each conversation for 90 days to see what visitors ask and improve the answers. It is stored without your name, IP address or any cookie, and email addresses and phone numbers typed into the chat are removed before it is saved. If you send your details using the form inside the chat, they go to HubSpot with a copy of the conversation, in the same way as our contact form.

5. Follow-up Emails

If you leave your details on this website, Will may follow up by email up to three times over the following two weeks, to check you have what you need and to offer a short call. The emails stop once you book a call, we are in touch with you directly, or you unsubscribe using the link in every email. They are sent through Resend.

We keep a record of who is due a follow-up until 30 days after the last email, and never longer than 60 days in all. If you unsubscribe, we keep only a scrambled form of your email address (a one-way hash), so that we never email you again.

We use minimal tracking. Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are used to help the website work properly and to provide information to the owners of the site.
